How to install the bundle?

Once you have been told that you have the bundle provisioned to your account/your license has been created then the next step is to install the bundle.

Please follow the steps below:

1. In the centre tabs at the top of your screen, navigate through the menu path for Customization > SuiteBundler > Search & Install Bundles and click on Search & Install Bundles.

This will take you to this page:

 

2. In the Keywords field, type: “[REED] QuickLinks”

 

There are two versions of the bundle. 

If you have been provisioned with the Brisbane User Group Version of the bundle, then please click on the Name field of the bundle [REED] QuickLinks (User Group Version). This is the bundle with the ID 567273.

If you have been provisioned with the regular version of QuickLinks then please click on the Name field of the [REED] QuickLinks bundle. This is the bundle with ID 571349.

The steps below are the same no matter which bundle you install.
 

3. When you click on the name field the following page will appear:
 

Click on the “Install” button. 

This will open up a Terms and conditions page. Please accept the terms and conditions by clicking on the “I Agree” button at the bottom of the page.

4. The page will reload as the “Preview Bundle Install” page:

Please click on the “Install bundle” button without changing anything else on the page.

 

5. A pop-up will appear. Please click on “Ok.”
 

6. The Installed Bundles page will reload and there will be the QuickLinks bundle with the Status pending, now appearing in the list of bundles.
 

Please click “Refresh” every few minutes until the status symbol has changed to a green or black tick:
