Following this guide will set up your NetSuite environment to automatically email Reed Consultants and notify us of any changes to your users which may require a change in training. This will let us know who needs training on new aspects of NetSuite to fulfil their duties and will enable us to send out invites to our training sessions that might be useful to them.

This process has 2 steps:

1. Create an entity record in NetSuite for Reed Consultants Training Automation which has the email address: csm@reed-consultants.com

2. Create a saved search with the following criteria, results and emailing settings:
