Creating a Note:
[REED] Reminders+ lets you create notes and view them for specific reminders. It lets you decide who can see them.
To make a note, click on the “Note” button on the Reminder you want to make a note on:

This opens up the Note creation page. It shows you existing notes at the top. Down the bottom you can make new notes. Let's make a note.

To make a note, decide if you want it to be public or not. If you want anyone to be able to see it, ensure the “Public Note?” checkbox is checked.
If you want to limit who can see it, deselect that checkbox as below:

You can then set the visible roles or users that you want to be able to see the note.
Finally, enter your note in the "Note:" field and then click “Save Note”

The Pop-up will process and reload. You should now be able to see your existing note.

Close down the Pop-up by clicking on the X in the top right corner:

Open up the Notes for that reminder again:


We can still see our old note.
You must only be a member of either the Applicable Users OR the Applicable Roles to see the note. You do not need to meet both requirements.

The Note records if it is Public or Private,

When it was created, who it was made by and who last modified it:

Editing a note:
To Edit a Note, click on the Edit Button:

This will open up the Note record:

Click on the “Edit” Button.

You can make the note Public by checking the Public checkbox.
Or, uncheck that box and define applicable roles and users to make it Private.
You can edit the Note in the Note field.
Do not edit the fields marked below:

When you are done, click the “Save” button to save the changes.
To not make any changes, click “Cancel.”
To close the Pop-up, click the red X in the top right of the window:

Deleting a Note:
You can also delete a Note by clicking on the “Delete” button

Once you have clicked “Delete,” a pop-up will appear:

Click “OK” and the Note will be deleted.
