2. How to install Reminders+

Note: If we have not shared the bundle with your account and created a license for you then the bundle will not be able to be installed. If this has not happened yet, please go back to the previous article in the series by clicking on the “Previous” button at the bottom of this article and see the instructions at the end on arranging a license for your account.

 

Once we have shared the bundle with your account, follow the steps below.

 

  1. Be in the Administrator role
  2. Go through the menu command: “Customization > SuiteBundler > Search & Install Bundles” and click on “Search & Install Bundles”
     

3. In the Keyword field, type in “[REED] Reminders” and hit Enter or click the “Search” Button

4. This will display the list of relevant bundles for your account. Please only install the one that we have told you to install. There are two versions of the Reminders+ bundle and the steps for installing them is the same. You will only have a license for one created in your account. Only install the one that we tell you. It will have a unique bundle ID and name combination that you can check to ensure you install the correct bundle.

You will install one of these bundles:

5. Click on the blue name of the bundle that we have told you to install (in this guide we will choose the [REED] Reminders+ bundle:

6. The page will reload. Click on the “Install” button at the top or the bottom of the page.

7. This will open up a Terms of Service Pop-up. Please read through and agree by clicking on the “I Agree” button down the bottom of the terms to install the SuiteApp.

8. This will load the Preview Bundle Install page. Click on the “Install Bundle” button.
 

9. This will open up a Pop-up. Click on the “Ok” button to install the bundle.

10. This will open up the list of installed bundles. There will be a new line for your new bundle that has a Status of “Pending…”
 

Click on the “Refresh" button at the top of the page until the Status has changed to a green or black tick.

If the Status becomes a red X symbol then the installation has failed. Please reach out to support@reed-consultants.com in that unlikely case.

Once the status column shows a green tick then the bundle is installed.
